Axiomtek releases eBOX639-825-FL, a 2-slot fanless embedded box system incorporating an ultra low-power dual core Intel® Atom™ processor D525 1.8 GHz onboard with Intel® NM10 Express chipset. This embedded system is especially designed to offer mass expandability with two expansion PCI slot interfaces and one internal PCI Express Mini Card slot for vision/motion card. This IP30-rated rugged unit is a cost-effective application-ready platform targeted for industrial automation, digital signage (DSA), industrial controller and embedded field.

The eBOX639-825-FL's fanless design and unique thermal solution provides the support for noiseless operation and high reliability in critical environments where operating temperature ranges from -10°C to +55°C. The rugged aluminum cold-rolled steel enclosure protects the entire system from vibration up to 2 Grms (with SSD). This compact unit has two 240-pin DDR3-800 DIMM system memory maximum up to 4 GB and a 2.5” SATA HDD/SSD drive bay for solid state disk system.
In addition, the eBOX639-825-FL features rich I/O connectors including six COM ports (RS-232), six USB 2.0 ports, dual Gigabit Ethernet ports, PS/2 ports, audio and VGA, and is equipped with a 16V~28VDC 107 watt power supply. It has a built-in Watchdog Timer to reset the system after a crash or system error. Last, but not least, this new robust system is fully compatible with the Windows® CE, Windows® XP Embedded (XPE), and Linux.
